NEW CLIENTS

I kindly request that if your nails or toes were not previously done by me, that you arrive with them completely free of any product including gel, acrylic, regular nail polish, or any other enhancements.

• To ensure a focused and safe environment, I kindly request that no extra guests or children are brought to your appointment

• At this time, l am unable to provide services to nail technicians or clients who are pregnant.

• A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and are not transferable to another date or time. If you are late to the point of cancellation your deposit will be forfeited so that I am still compensated for the time & service booked

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. A $40TTD late fee will apply for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled so that other clients can be serviced at their scheduled time.

• No call - no shows will forfeit their deposit and will not be able to rebook.

• For the safety, privacy & comfort of everyone in the studio, video or audio recording is not allowed. Please note that this includes meta smart glasses or any wearable recording devices

• If your appointment is cancelled due to an event on my end your full deposit will be refunded immediately
