Class Terms & Conditions

Payments, Refunds & Transfers

All payments made toward a class are specific to the selected session and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to any other class, date, or time.

Deposits & Balance Payments

For classes secured with a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid no later than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled class date, unless an alternative payment deadline has been mutually agreed upon in writing before enrollment.

If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, your enrollment will be cancelled, your reserved space will be released, and your deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for missed payment deadlines.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are required to reserve and hold your place in the class and to cover the cost of the product lists provided to you upon enrollment

Class Registration & Access

Each class registration is valid for one participant only. Access to classes, training materials, resources, downloadable content, recordings, and any related materials may not be shared, copied, distributed, reproduced, or resold to any individual who is not officially registered for the class.

Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of class content, whether in whole or in part, will result in the immediate termination of access to all class materials, online groups, recordings, and associated resources without refund.

Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any in-person or online class offered by Jhohannails, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Jhohannails reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication.
