Returns & Refunds Policy 

 Physical Products

• Returns and refunds are accepted for non-defective, unopened products within the applicable return period. Approved returns are subject to a 45% restocking fee.
• Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of any products that have been opened, used, or otherwise altered from their original condition. Such items are not eligible for a refund.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
